I have had the privilege of working in partnership with clients around the world as a therapist and life coach in working toward long and short-term life intentions. These intentions can include working through addictions, relationship effectiveness, self-compassion training, anxiety/stress and mood management, and ultimately developing skills for living more full and vibrant lives. Many of these positive life changes will come through employing mindfulness skills learned and practiced in our work together. Mindfulness, at its core, consists of conscious awareness and self-compassion.
